Maninder Kapoor Puri joined Biocon Limited in June 2023 as the Head of Human Resources for our Generics Business and Biocon Academy.
Maninder joined Biocon from Mastek Group where she was Global Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer. In her professional journey of over 25years, she has held leadership positions with companies such as Accenture, iGATE (now part of Cap Gemini) and Firstsource Solutions (earlier known as ICICI Onesource). Maninder has been acknowledged as “CHRO for the year 2022.”
She has completed Masters in English Literature, followed by a CHRO degree from Wharton Business School. She is deeply passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB).
