Biocon, Syngene and Clinigene together employ over 7100 qualified personnel - from biologists, chemists, medical practitioners, pharmacologists, engineers, finance/legal/marketing analysts, HR generalists to general administrators. 4% of our employees have doctorate and post-doctorate degrees, 47% have master's degree in science or management and the remaining are graduates with bachelor's degree in science, commerce or arts. 12% of Biocon employees are women (across the group). The annualized employee attrition for FY 2013-14 is 26.8%.
